Ethel Johnson (8 October 1908 – 30 March 1964) was an English athlete who competed for Great Britain in the 1932 Summer Olympics. She was born in Westhoughton, Lancashire. In 1932, she was eliminated in the first round of the Olympic 100 metre contest.

At the 1934 Empire Games she was a member of the English relay team which won the silver medal in the 220-110-220-110 yards event. In the 100 yards competition she finished fifth and in the 220 yards contest she finished sixth.
